big-sur ethernet - wifi non funzionanti

come da titolo mi si e' presentato il problema e non riesco a risolverlo la ethernet e' una Realtek rtl8107E pci express fast ethernet

hackcheck mi da la spunta verde su buit-in ma non da segni di vita 😞

per il wifi non so e e supportato stiamo parlando di una intel wireless 3165 pci

e hackcheck la vede con una spunta rossa anche se e presente nelle voci di OpenCore  come built-in

come procedo ?
