Have you ever installed OSX on a Hackintosh?

you have to build your boot EFi USB pen with an OSX installer inside

from windows you have to use:

https://github.com/corpnewt/gibMacOS

you can try to translate the istructions you can find here:

this is the only part of the process you have to do by yourself 😉

no, only check your motherboard bios settings

CSM disable

4g On

then if you have problem you can change these two trying different combination

Check all if you have latest bios installed for it

I have a Imac so if that would help to simplify the process

yes

from our download area download InstallMaker

before download on your IMAC OSX you want to install (instalMacOS.app I mean)

then you can create your bootable usb

if you want you can also clone your IMAC osx on a new disk with carbon copy cloner

then put on this one a bootable EFI (Opencore boot loader is the best a secure solution)

sorry

you have in your Mac to mount your usb EFI

then you have to copy in that EFI my EFI

restart your system and choose usb pen to boot

if you did it well you should see opencore boot loader menu with your disk and also macosinstall icon

if you choose it installation process will start in usual way you should then format your disk via Disk Utility before continuing process of installation

if you not see or you have some errors

you have to do your homework better 🙂 🙂

Yes I have issues with the system starting up, must be a bois setting, it's not booting from the usb, I remove to other two drives, the xpg sx 8100 and the 970 pro, now only the usb is left in the rear plug into the mother board, keeps going back to uefi: PMAP, Partitopm 1, what setting in the bios need to be changed?

I also tried the sudo for catalina from apple wedsite into terminal and the name of my usb and still it wont boot, I'm at a lost, I'll keep trying, the bios for asrock is F11 and F2 for setting the ufui, so I'm not sure, the only thing new is the updated bios.

if you press f11 when bios is posting do you see in the disk list your USB?

If not, have you tried to change USB port?

you can also with carbon copy duplicate your OSX system on xpg sx 8100 drive and from your iMac fill it with my EFI...
