Nvidia gt620

Hi everyone,

 

I want to install Mojave on an i7 920 with a Nvidia gt620.

Can I enable metal gui?

hi, gt710 has metal support and maybe the same for gt620

Hi, thank you for your reply. I know that gt710 supports metal, but I don't say if gt620 do! Let's hope! 

 

I have successfully installed mojave on the i7 920 computer, but to install it I must change my graphics card (an old radeon hd4650) because of boot loop.

 

Now, I want to try if, after install, my hackintosh starts with gt620, but I need some kext. 

 

Do you know where I can find these kexts?

Do you mean for graphics card?

WhateverGreen.kext maybe it's enough...

if you use clover, in case try with or w/o inject nvidia

I have installed WhateverGreen.kext.

Now I try with inject nvidia.

If not work I buy a gt710 ddr3 and I have no problems (I hope)!

Whats do you mean?

copy and paste into EFI's folder and not in system folder like at /Library/Extension or /System/Library/Extension

Btw... don't forget lilu too

Yes yes, of course!

 

Also lilu is in /EFI folder.
