    Porting per macOS del codice RMI di Synaptic da Linux. RMI4 viene utilizzato per touchscreen, touchpad e altri sensori, sebbene questa implementazione abbia solo il codice per trackpad / trackpoint. Molti trackpad e sensori PS2 supportano altri bus come I2C o SMBus, sebbene SMBus sia vantaggioso per macOS poiché non richiede modifiche ACPI. Questo driver comunica tramite SMBus o I2C.
