  1. @fabiosun @thenightflyer Thanks for your input and help 🙂 I have Thunderbolt up and running. Everything works fine now. I installed the SSDT-DTPG.aml into the ACPI Folder of Opencore.I have no TB3xxxx.aml in the ACPI Folder just the SSDT-DTPG and the SSDT-EC-USBX-DESKTOP.aml I disconnected the Header Cable from the Mainboard Header but left it in the GC Titan Ridge Card. USB and Power cables are connected to the Mainboard and the TB CardI did not short PINS 3 and 5, and: it is a regular GC Titan Ridge PCIe Card - no Custom Firmware, no flashing. I do not have hotplug on the Thunderbolt Audiointerface. I will take care of that later by checking out the TB3xxx.aml on Hackindrom and configuring a TB3 SSDT for my machine. I have 2 more questions. When I installed opencore and Big Sur on my z490 Intel i910850K Machine, I got NVRAM and Big Sur Recovery Partition. When I installed opencore and Big Sur on the TRX40 Aorus - there is no NVRAM and no Recovery Partition. Is this normal or is there something wrong in my config.plist ? Can I get "Native" NVRAM and macOS Recovery Partition on the TRX40 Aorus Threadripper Machine? What do I have to look for or change in order to get NVRAM and macOS Recovery?
  2. @thenightflyer did you connect your Thunderbolt Card to the Thunderbolt Header and the USB of the Motherboard. or Is it just plugged into the PCI Slot without any connection to the Motherboard? Do you know, if a regular GC Titan Ridge Card works or does it have to be flashed? I have a Gigabyte TRX40 Aorus Wifi Rev 1.1 Motherboard with a Gigabyte Titan Ridge TB Card. You could use Virtualbox to install a Virtual Windows PC on your mac. I does not need Virtualization in the BIOS and should work on AMD Hackintoshes. Virtualbox is free and in my Opinon better than Parallels or Wine. https://www.virtualbox.org
  3. @fabiosun I managed to start Big SUR. Everything seems to work fine (HD Audio, Ethernet etc) I have a Gigabyte Thunderbolt GC Titan Ridge Card in my PC. I have a UAD Thunderbolt Audio Interface connected to it. The GC Titan Ridge TB Card is NOT flashed. How can I get Thunderbolt running? Do you have any idea or can you point me in the right direction?
  4. @fabiosun I managed to boot into Big sur. I just had to wait for an hour at "less than a minute......" Thank you for now. I will come back here if I have any problems
  5. @fabiosun After I disabled "Trusted computing" and "LAN" in the BIOS and remove all the RAM (just left 16GB). I was able to get past the "12 Min remaining" And the Computer restarted. Then it started to unpack the installation files and install macOS Big sur. Now I am stuck at "Less than one Minute remaining". Can you tell me, what settings I have to set in the BIOS ? I am using BIOS "FC" I have a Gigabyte TRX40 AORUS PRO WIFI (rev. 1.1
  6. @fabiosun Thanks for your reply. The voodooHDA.kext is mentioned in the official opencore installation guide for AMD Cpus, if AppleALC is not working. But I will delete it. I also deleted kernel Patch 15. I used the latest DEBUG.TXT to correct the mmio whitelist. I did this in the beginning of the installation with one of the first DEBUG.txt files and never double checked if the numbers have changed, but obviously they did. Anyway, here the latest EFI with the DEBUG.txt I used.EFI.zipopencore-2022-03-31-144340.txt.zip I will try to install Monday again. Will post results here.
  7. I am trying to install Big Sur on an Gigabyte TRX40 AORUS PRO WIFI Threadripper 3970X (32 Core-CPU) I have a Nvidia GTX 770, which is supported by Big SUR. The installation starts. But : The Screen freezes while the installation shows "about 12 minutes remaining". Then I have to shutdown the computer. I already did the MMIO Whitelisting. But no success. opencore-2022-03-31-144340.txt.zipEFI.zip
